The Role
As a Licensed Client Service Administrator, you’ll support a group of six financial advisors within our centralized operations model. You’ll likely focus in two primary areas, but in this role, coverage across all service types is expected so your teammates can fully unplug when they’re off. That’s how we protect each other and deliver a consistent experience for clients.
This is a senior role, which means you will elevate our team with your experience and take full ownership of your work. You don’t wait to be told when something’s off—you see it, fix it, and speak into how to improve the process going forward.
What Success Looks Like
Each week, you’re expected to:
Initiate 95% of assigned service tickets within 24 hours
Complete 95% of tickets without a NIGO (Not In Good Order)
Tickets range from opening new investment and insurance accounts, processing cashiering requests, placing trades, managing transfers, servicing existing accounts, and processing death claims.
Communicate clearly with advisors, vendors, and custodians
Speak up in weekly team meetings to help strengthen our systems and team.

What You Bring
Required:
Active Series 7 license
5+ years of mid-to-senior level experience in the financial services industry that will elevate our team
Experience across multiple custodians and vendor platforms, and can switch gears between these separate regulators.
Ability to pass a background check and complete USCIS I-9 eligibility
Preferred:
Series 66 or 63/65
Series 24
Familiarity with:
Redtail, Docupace, Schwab, Fidelity, Direct Mutual Fund companies, Variable & Fixed Annuities, Life Insurance, iRebal, DocuSign, Ameritas, Practifi, HubSpot, Zoom, EOS, Zocks, Working with a Broker/Dealer, Orion, bulk acquisitions
Compensation & Benefits
$70,000–$110,000 base salary depending on experience and licensing
Tiered incentive plan (up to 15% of base salary at the highest tier)
