Remote Client Services Administrator - New Business Team

Remote - EXETER, CA

We are seeking a Client Services Administrator to join our new business team and provide exceptional support to our clients. As a Client Services Administrator, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering excellent customer service. You will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries, and overseeing administrative tasks.

We all work together to reach our 10-year target: by the end of 2032, we will serve 4,000 families that fall within our target market.

Our clients are 50- to 60- year- old family stewards who live in the communities we serve. They are looking for a trusted financial advisor to completely outsource this part of their life.

We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable to hit the following numbers each week:

  • Open 10 accounts
  • Process 90% of tickets without a NIGO (Not in Good Order)
  • Initiate 90% of all tickets assigned within 24 hours

Skills: 

- Proven experience as a Client Services Administrator in the financial services industry. 

- Strong knowledge of industry regulations, compliance procedures, and best practices. 

- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to effectively address client inquiries and concerns. 

- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software; familiarity with portfolio management systems is a plus. 

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues. 

- Problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach to resolve complex client issues. 

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Required:

  • Financial industry experience required
